·         Credit Card Number is requested for guaranteed reservation.

·         Cancellation should be informed us at least 14 days before your arrival.

·         Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a "No Show" and first night rate will be charged from your credit card.

·         Check-in time : 14h00. We will accept late arrivals, at any time.

·         Check-out time : 12h00

You will get a reply in 24 hours regarding confirmation and the availability of your choice. If everything is agreed then we will send you a "Reservation Confirmation-Contract" with all the details of the services promised and the booking room/apartment. In return, we will request you to fill in your credit card details, sign the “Reservation Confirmation-Contract" and fax back to us in full.
